RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Luraé. We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that are not eligible for return include:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Intimate apparel or items for hygiene reasons

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at ( Malaysia: ur.coresources@gmail ) within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Customers: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at ( Malaysia: ur.coresources@gmail ) 


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
