ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days 
after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends 
or public holidays will be processed on the next 
business day.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

🇲🇾 Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia)
- Standard Shipping: RM8 - RM12 (5-7 business days)
- FREE Shipping: Orders above RM200

🇸🇬 Singapore
- Standard Shipping: RM35 (5-7 business days)
- FREE Shipping: Orders above RM300

🇧🇳 Brunei
- Standard Shipping: RM45 (5-7 business days)
- FREE Shipping: Orders above RM300

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive 
a tracking number via email within 1 business day.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders (Singapore, Brunei, and 
other countries), customers are responsible for 
any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or 
fees imposed by their country. Luraé is not 
responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect 
address or unavailability, additional charges may 
apply for re-delivery. Please ensure your shipping 
address is accurate before placing your order.
